Bible Thinker Inc. is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law- tax ID #85-0908038.
If you are donating to Bible Thinker from outside the United States, please check with your country’s tax law to see if a donation to a U.S. charity is tax-deductible for you.

Can I mail a donation by check?
Yes, please write your check to “Bible Thinker” and mail it to:

Please include a note with your check if you would like an acknowledgment immediately. Otherwise, we will mail tax-deductible receipts by the end of January.
Can I donate from my IRA with a Qualified Charitable Contribution?
Yes- please contact your IRA plan administrator and request a Qualified Charitable Distribution be made out to Bible Thinker Inc. Ask them to include your name on the memo line or check stub if possible. Provide them with our tax ID #85-0908038 and our mailing address: PO Box 39, Bellflower CA 90707. Please send an email to biblethinkergiving@gmail.com to let us know you are sending a Qualified Charitable Contribution and we will provide you with an acknowledgment letter by email and/or postal mail.
Can I donate through a Donor-Advised Fund?
Yes, a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a way of giving that provides an immediate tax benefit to you, while providing you with the opportunity to direct funds toward the charity of your choice. Contact your financial institution, foundation, or fund manager to make a gift to Bible Thinker Inc. Provide them with our tax ID #85-0908038 and our mailing address: PO Box 39, Bellflower CA 90707. Please send an email to biblethinkergiving@gmail.com to let us know you are sending a DAF donation and we will provide you with an acknowledgment by email.
How do I make changes to my recurring donation (new credit card, change amount, cancellation, etc.)?
You can create your own donor login account with our donation management company- Kindful. Follow this link: https://biblethinker.kindful.com/users/sign_up
Once you create an account, using the same email you set your donation up with, you can edit all of your giving information. If you have any trouble with this or don’t see your information after making an account, please email Allison at biblethinkergiving@gmail.com. She can cancel your donation or help update your information.
Will I receive a tax-deductible receipt?
Yes- we email Giving Receipts to donors by the end of January. If we have an email address on file for you, your receipt will only be emailed. If you would also like us to mail you a physical tax receipt, please email your request to Allison at biblethinkergiving@gmail.com. Otherwise, we will only mail physical receipts to donors who do not have an email address on file. If you have not received an emailed receipt by February, please contact us. You may also need to check your spam folder. Please email biblethinkergiving@gmail.com if you need to update your email or mailing address.
Does BibleThinker have a business phone number so I can set up automatic check donations through my bank?
Yes, we have an unmonitored phone number: 562-676-2491.
If I send a letter, book, or gift to Mike in the mail, will he respond?
We do appreciate your letters and other items that you send in the mail (thank you so much!), but we are sorry to say that we cannot write back. Mike’s schedule is so full with his weekly prep and our staff is small with full schedules as well. Thank you so much for your kindness in taking the time to send these items, and though Mike does look at the mail, he does not have the time to respond. If you simply need an acknowledgment that your item was received by us, please email Allison at biblethinkergiving@gmail.com and you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
If I send my book I wrote to Mike, will he read it and give me his feedback, help promote it, or write an endorsement for it?
Mike is honored that you would consider sending him your book. Unfortunately, he has a very full schedule and does not have the ability to get to the books beyond what he is currently committed to.
Does BibleThinker share or sell my personal
information? Can my donation be kept private?
BibleThinker does not sell your information to other nonprofits, 3rd party companies, or any other companies. BibleThinker does not post donor information publicly. We respect our supporters’ privacy.
